The 6.2-liter V8 engine used in the normal Silverado 1500 is the same one used in the 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2.
It has 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. A twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter
V6 engine with 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque powers the 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor.
Additionally, a 10-speed automatic gearbox is mated with the Silverado's engine.
The Silverado ZR2 can tow up to 8,900 lbs and carry a payload up to 1,400 lbs when properly equipped.
In comparison to Silverado versions with the Z71 Off-Road package and Trail Boss variants, the ZR2 is nearly half an inch higher.
Additionally, only the crew-cab body design and the short or standard length cargo boxes are offered.
The Chevy Silverado Z2R has a ground clearance of 11.2 inches with 33-inch tyres and a 2-inch suspension lift that was factory fitted. Its approach angle is 31.8 degrees, break-over angle is 23.4 degrees, and departure angle is 23.3 degrees.
